- 69% of people would choose a restaurant with better environmental credentials
- 78% of people think the destination of food waste is as important as the provenance of food ingredients
- 44 % of diners across all demographic profiles would pay more to eat in a restaurant if they knew it had exceptional environmental credentials.
- 69% of the British population cares about food waste when they eat out
